Type 40 is unique to Seddon House, which has six - one on each of the six floors. I cannot work out exactly where they are in the block. They are an unusual layout. Most flats in an east-west facing block off a central corridor are wider (along the windows) than they are deep (from window to door) . The Type 40 is deeper than it is wide. There is a living room, a narrow bedroom and a windowless 'dressing room' behind that. So it counts as a 3 room flat.
