There are 3 Type 3A flats in Cromwell Tower and 3 in Lauderdale Tower. It’s the standard Type 1A layout, but without the shower room. Type 3A has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a breakfast room (6 rooms) a kitchen and a bathroom.
