At the Thomas More House end of Mountjoy House are two very similar penthouses, side by side, on the top floor - one is the only Type 37 and the other is the only Type 38. The Type 38 penthouse faces in the St Giles' church direction. It has a living room and a single bedroom. In addition, there's a roof patio. The Type 38 has a slightly larger living room than the Type 37 on the other side.
