At the Thomas More House end of Mountjoy House are two very similar penthouses, side by side, on the top floor - one is the only Type 37 and the other is the only Type 38. The Type 37 penthouse faces in the Aldersgate Street direction. It has a living room and a single bedroom. In addition, there's a roof patio. The Type 37 is slightly smaller than the Type 38 on the other side because it loses a bit of living room at the back.
