Type 30
Type 30 is the layout for just one flat on the estate - an end-of-terrace flat on the 2nd floor of Mountjoy House. Above and below, on floors 1 and 3 to 5, are almost identical flats which are Type 25. I can't see the difference personally. The Type 30 flat has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a study, and a dining room (5 rooms). It is coupled (as are the Type 25 flats on other floors) by a Type 24 flat.
