Type 27
Type 27 is identical for all intents and purposes to Type 26 which is the standard flat layout in east-west-facing terraces. (It is also very similar to Type 31 and Type 32 except that in Types 26 and 27 the flat door opens off the central building corridor into the centre of the living area. In Types 31 and 32 it opens into a hall area near the bathroom.)
Type 27 provides a flat with 1 bedroom, a living room, and a dining area (3 rooms). There are 2 in Gilbert House, 2 in Mountjoy House and 2 in Seddon House. Floors either have Type 26s and 27s or 31s and 32s.
