Type 22 flats apparently crop up in terraces around the lake. Apparently there are 2 in Andrewes House, 2 in Thomas More House, and 1 in Speed House. But they are a bit of a mystery - they don't appear in the original brochures of any of these buildings, which otherwise showed all the flat types, so I am afraid I have no plans to offer.
Rumour has it that they are flats with 1 bedroom and a living room (2 rooms). Since they are in blocks which look north and south, they must run through the building like other flats in these blocks.
