There is only one Type 14 flat on the estate. It is the western-most of the 13 lower-garden-level flats in Thomas More House (the Seddon House end). Type 13s make up most of the lower-garden-level flats (with another one-off - a Type 12 - at the eastern end). They are all one-room studio flats which are at 'ground' level looking out onto the Thomas More Garden. The Type 14 flats differs from the standard Type 13s in having a slightly larger kitchen area. The flats above - 'first floor' level seen from the garden, but still sub-podium level - are all Type 16s.
