Type 13
Type 13s make up 11 out of the 13 lower-garden-level flats in Thomas More House. They are one-room studio flats which are at 'ground' level looking out onto the Thomas More Garden. The flat at either end is slightly different - a Type 12 at the eastern end, a Type 14 at the western end. The flats above - 'first floor' level seen from the garden, but still sub-podium level - are all Type 16s.
