Type 120
Type 120 is one of the four layouts for houses in Brandon Mews. Houses in Brandon Mews are entered by going down steps from the Podium next to Willoughby House. This is the upper level. Immediately inside the door is a bedroom, then the WC, then the stairs down to the living area. But carrying on, there is the bathroom and then a second bedroom overlooking the lake or Speed Garden. Taking the stairs downstairs, the kitchen is at the back and a large living area at the front. The living area is split level. There is a store room below the living room. Type 120 houses alternate with Type 118s. There are 7 such pairs of houses - 6 pairs at the Andrewes House end and 1 at the Speed House end. The difference between them is that the Type 120 of the pair squeezes a bedroom just inside the entrance door out of space from both houses. Unlike the Type 119 and Type 121 Brandon Mews houses, the Type 118 has a split level living area.
