Type 115

Type 115 is the layout of two penthouse maisonettes in Willoughby House. From the entrance there are steps up to the living area and kitchen; more steps up to a landing off which are placed the bathroom and WC; more steps up to a bedroom; and a final flight up to a studio or bedroom at the top. Type 115 is very similar to Type 103 but with a smaller top bedroom.
