Type 113
There are two penthouse flats at each end of the top corridor running through the middle of Willoughby House. One is a Type 113 and the other is a Type 114, so there are 2 Type 113s in all. The Type 113 contains a larger living area than the Type 114 and it has 2 bedrooms. It is very close in layout to Type 101 which is the layout of the flats underneath it. The difference is that the Type 113 loses a section of living area and the bedrooms are slightly wider and shallower.
