There is one Type 112 flat which is a penthouse maisonette in Willoughby House, very similar to the standard Type 110, but the lower floor bedroom/bathroom/WC is more cramped in the Type 112. The flat is entered on the middle floor where the living area and the kitchen are placed.
Steps up take you to a large lounge/study (or presumably bedroom). Steps down take you to a separate bathroom and WC and then to a bedroom.
