Type 109
Type 109 is a three floor penthouse maisonette layout in Willoughby House where the flat is entered on the middle floor. There are 8 such flats. On the middle floor is the living area and the kitchen. Steps up take you to a large lounge/study (or presumably bedroom). Steps down take you to a separate bathroom and a WC on the landing and then to two bedrooms. A similar layout is the Type 108 but with only one bedroom.
