Type 108
There are two Type 108 flats. They are 3-floor penthouse maisonettes in Willoughby House. The flat is entered on the middle floor, where the living area and the kitchen are located. Steps up take you to a large lounge/study (or presumably bedroom). Steps down take you to a combined bathroom/WC on the landing and then to a bedroom. Type 108 is very similar to the more frequently encountered Type 110, but the Type 110 has separate bathroom and WC.
