Type 107
There is one Type 107 maisonette in Willoughby House. You enter the flat off the building's central corridor and you take steps up to the living area and up again to the bedroom. The kitchen is off the living room. The bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs. Off the landing leading to the bedroom is a WC and a 'store room' nearly as big as a bedroom. It's called a 'store room' because it doesn't have windows. So you aren't allowed to use it as living space.
