Type 105
The Type 105 is the largest version of penthouse in Willoughby House. There are eight of them. From the entrance to the flat there are steps up to the living area and kitchen; more steps up to a landing off which is a WC; more steps up to the next floor which contains two bedrooms and a bathroom; and a final flight up to a studio or third bedroom at the top.
