Type 104
Type 104 is a variant - the difference is a matter of inches in some rooms - on a Type 103. There are six Type 103s and two Type 104s in Willoughby House. From the entrance there are steps up to the living area and kitchen; more steps up to a landing off which are placed the bathroom and WC; more steps up to a bedroom; and a final flight up to a studio or bedroom at the top.
