Type 103
There are a lot of different Types of penthouse maisonettes in Willoughby House - far more than in any other house. But you would be hard pressed to notice the differences between some of them. Type 103 and Type 104 are almost identical. From the entrance there are steps up to the living area and kitchen; more steps up to a landing off which are placed the bathroom and WC; more steps up to a bedroom; and a final flight up to a studio or bedroom at the top. There are six Type 103s in all in Willoughby House.
