The different types of houses in The Postern

The Postern houses

The houses are built with split-level floors. A central staircase divides the floors. You can enter the house at two levels: road or podium. At road level is a garage. Beside it is an entrance lobby, a small store room, and up half a flight of stairs there is a bedroom. You can walk upstairs from there to the podium-level floor. There is a main street door at podium level which leads to a dining room and a kitchen. Up half a flight of stairs, there is a living room at the front, and up a further half-flight there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC. At the very top, there is another bedroom and bathroom, with a roof terrace above.
