Andrewes House runs along the southern side of the lake roughly from the bridge to Willoughby House. It faces inwards on to the lake and outwards onto Fore Street. It contains the most interesting of the sub-podium level flats on the estate. They look directly out onto the lake on one side, and have little gardens on the Fore Street side. Otherwise flats are very similar to those in Thomas More House.
